Easy Tip To Lose Fat

There is a very simple and easy tip to lose fat.
And many people have the misconception that in order to lose weight you have to stop eating and starve yourself. That's actually doing more harm than good. In order to lose weight and burn fat, you need to eat more often and eat smaller meals/snacks instead of 3 large meals a day. Whether you want to lose 10 pounds, 20 pounds or more, the best way is to eat fat burning foods.
1. Keep eating. (Especially breakfast) One of the best ways to get rid of cellulite is to eat small frequent snacks. Have a snack every 1 or 2 hours. Snack on nuts (raw or roasted almonds with sea salt), celery, goji berries (most health food stores), red grapes, eat a half of banana, an apple (keep the other half in a sandwich bag to reduce "browning"). Research has shown that eating an apple before a meal can actually help reduce your appetite.
Research has also shown that apples can help fight cancer and lower cholesterol.
Apples are also high in fiber which is good for the digestive system.
Apples are a great anti oxidant and contain vitamins A and B and phosphorous, magnesium, iron and potassium. Tip: slice a half of an apple in half, eat it and put the other half in a zip lock storage bag for later.
2. Quit eating: all fried foods. Anything "fried". Pretty simple, any food that is fried will be bad for you, so stop eating it. Naturally, quit eating sweets as well.
3. The "White Rule" - Stop eating foods that are white. By eating less "white foods" you will lose body fat. Start giving up: bread, pasta, crackers, most cereals, flour based products, white potatoes (trade for sweet potatoes), white rice, and pasteurized dairy and white cheese. (Healthy foods like cauliflower, chicken, turkey, fish, white pork are all exceptions to the "white rule". I am a believer that cottage cheese and flax oil is a cancer cell fighter so I have an exception to cottage cheese).
4. Drink water: How much water should we drink a day? Can we drink too much? There are many factors in dehydration: How much caffeine you drink, if you drink alcoholic beverages, if you workout, if you're taking supplements and if you have a medical condition and are taking medicine.
A good rule is to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day. For example, if you weigh 180 lbs. then drink 90 ounces, that's only (2) 45 oz. containers throughout the day.
Suggestion: Take a 45 oz. container (a small juice container you'd buy at your grocery store) and simply drink 2 in the course of the entire day, that's roughly drinking to containers in a 14-15 hour day, that's not that hard to do (This regimen is based on a 180 lb person).
5. Quit drinking soda: I know a friend that lost about 30 lbs. not drinking soda. He used to drink 8 to 10 cans a day. There is no nutrition in soda. As a matter of fact, diet soda probably is even less nutritious with the "sugar free" additives (aspartame).
Google aspartame and do some research on it. Try cutting your consumption in half to start, then taper down to "0".
