How To Lose The Stomach Fat

People are constantly trying to find out how to lose the stomach fat.

Here are some quick, simple tips:

Tip #1 - Quit eating ANY TYPE OF FRIED FOOD.  Even vegetables, if they are fried are extremely bad for you.

Tip #2 - Drink more water.  Try and drink 1 glass every 1 - 1.5 hours.  It's pretty easy actually.  Just keep a cup or glass at your desk. Try and drink filtered water if you can.

Tip #3 - Stop drinking soda.  Any kind of soda is bad for you.  Try and taper down if you are drinking 5 or 6 cans a day to eventually ZERO cans per day.

Tip #4 - Try and eat more foods with antioxidants.  Here's a quick list: Berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cranberries), cherries, acai fruit, various teas (green tea, white tea, black tea, yerba mate, oolong tea, chammomile tea, red tea - a.k.a. rooibos tea), nuts, seeds, red and black beans, purple potatoes, grapes, red wine, nuts and seeds, coffee, dark chocolate or cocoa, and tons of other fruits and vegetables.

Many spices are also extremely potent sources of antioxidants -- such as cinnamon, turmeric, oregano, basil, black pepper, and most other herbs and spices.

Remember, your body is continually bombarded every day by free radicals (creating oxidative stress) from exercise, air pollution, smoke, sun exposure, junk food, exposure to chemicals, etc. To reap the full benefits of antioxidants, try to make sure that every meal and snack you eat has at least one or two sources of antioxidant rich foods. This will give you a continuous supply of antioxidants throughout every day to prevent the damage and aging that result from the free radicals you are constantly exposed to.

Tips #5 - Keep eating.  People think you have to quit eating to lose weight.  Eat more smaller snack type meals every 1.5 - 2 hours.

Good carbs

Beans, legumes, Whole grain Cheerios, Fat Free pretzels, nuts, seeds, green vegetables, sweet potatoes

Bad Carbs

Sugars, syrups, fructose, added sugars to foods, refined grains, white grains, bagels, white bread, muffins, crackers, candies, white pasta

So eliminate the bad carbs and implement the good carbs to your diet if you want more energy and weight loss.

Tips #6 - Try and eat an apple 15 minutes before a meal, apples are filling and help control your apetite.
